Military and 1st Responder Appreciation Day

Military and 1st Responder Appreciation Day

2019 Polo Updates

Join us this weekend for 1st Responder and Military Appreciation Day!!

God Bless America. Join us to thank all of those who have fought for our freedom and the 1st responders. Our Summer Polo Tailgate Series is a family-friendly way to spend a Colorado weekend! Just 35 minutes from downtown Denver, the club feels like you are hundreds of miles away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

All proceeds for the day will go to Angels of America’s Fallen. Angels of America’s Fallen is a national 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded by a retired Lt Col with 25 years of service as an enlisted Army field artillery canon crewman, a Marine Corps fighter pilot, and an Air Force Reconnaissance pilot. He created Angels of America’s Fallen in 2012 to address a gap in support he saw for the children of his fallen friends in all branches of the military and first responders. There was no program providing opportunities for the children to be engaged in healthy activities the entire year, with long term support every year of their childhood, in between initial grief counseling and scholarships once they became adults. Angels of America’s Fallen was designed to offer positive outlets for the children’s grief during the entire period of these most crucial developmental years. Our staff and board consist of individuals with a passion to help the children in the most impactful way we know. That is to provide them an opportunity, not a handout or a gift, but a chance to invest in themselves and pursue healthy activities during their entire childhood.

We will host our ever-popular tailgate competition with a red, white, and blue theme! Sit back, relax, and enjoy your family and friends while watching polo and soaking up the Colorado sunshine.

Colorado Stars and Stripes will be performing our flag ceremony. The 101st Army Rock Band will be our amazing musical talent. Local artist will be helping the Angels paint their dreams on “The Dream Horses.” N’Tense Fitness and Train OC will be hosting a Military Style Obstacle course and much more!!

Free admission for active, inactive, and retired military and their families. Wear your red, white and blue, and get we'll have awards for the most patriotic tailgate.  Pack a cooler, pitch a tent, and grab a beer while you watch fast-paced action field side.
